Federal agency users (.gov / .mil) can provision their own access — no approval step.
Self-service access is limited to federal .gov/.mil addresses. Other parties (e.g. FedRAMP-authorized contractors working on behalf of an agency) may request access by emailing security@vulcan.ai from their organizational address, naming the sponsoring agency. Requests are answered within 5 business days.
